Refunds and Exchanges:

This store does not accept returns, only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at support@kupocon.com with details of the product and the defect. We may request that the item is returned to us.

Shipping Information:

This store offers worldwide shipping. Each item in the store is categorized by its size and weight. These help us determine the appropriate shipping cost. KupoCon has opted to reduce the shipping rates and picks up a portion of the cost. In doing so, we discourage customers from placing large bulk orders with others. If we deem an order to be for multiple parties and it exceeds the weight restrictions of our mail carriers, we will contact you to inform you of the additional shipping charges. If you decide not to pay the additional shipping fees, the order will be cancelled. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. KupoCon is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Note that due to COVID-19 our store is only managed by two people. We do our best to ship orders within 72 hours, however, during busy periods it may take up to 14 days to ship your items.

We strongly encourage the use of a tracked service. If you haven’t received your untracked order within 90 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@kupocon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
