Refunds & Exchanges
We take care in packing every order, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.
We don’t currently accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To get started, email us at support@kupocon.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging (if possible)
Depending on the situation, we may:
- Offer a replacement
- Offer a partial or full refund
- Request the item be returned for inspection
We’ll always aim to resolve things fairly and quickly.
