Shipping Information

We ship worldwide, and shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.

We subsidise part of the shipping cost to keep things affordable for our community. Because of this, bulk orders intended for multiple people may require additional shipping fees.

If your order exceeds our carrier limits, we’ll contact you before dispatch. If you choose not to pay the additional shipping cost, your order will be cancelled and refunded.


Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–7 working days (excluding the day your order is placed). As a small team, dispatch times may be slightly longer during busy periods, particularly around KupoCon events and major product launches.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (where applicable).

If you've changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After this time, your order will begin processing and we may be unable to make changes or cancellations.


Tracking & Delivery

We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option, especially for international orders.

If you choose an untracked service:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery timelines
  • We may have limited ability to investigate delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within 90 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, depending on your country.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees.
